Great app, easy to use and even if you struggle Harshul is so responsive that you can have any alterations completed within a few hours! Great service and a very clean app that helps generate a reasonable level of revenue considering the price!

Personalized Recommendations makes my site look so much better. Everyone says you want to mimic popular sites in appearance (like Amazon, eBay, etc) and Personalized Recommendations helps to achieve that look quite easily. Also, customer service is very easy and fast to communicate with.

Honestly a great app. lots of features that other apps would charge a price to use. The support is amazing good as well, super helpful. Even tho there is room to improve, right now as it stands it is definitely a great app to watch use and watch out for.

Used the app to add "similar products" to the product page and "you may also like" to the checkout page. I didn't know how to center the thumbnails, but the 24/7 in-app chat help went above and beyond to format my images to match my theme aesthetic!

Just started selling on shopify and use this app to upsell our product. The tech team is really helpful and active, they help me to make a small custom to the app for our web. Super recommended app!

I'm currently starting out with my business so I am using the free version. Awesome app! Easy to use, very fast implementation and many options to choose from. I had an issue with the placement and contacted the support. They responded to me within a few hours and solved my problem very quickly! They even forwarded my issue to the developers who are now working a solution to design a certain widget to perfectly suit my store. Totally overwhelmed! I can recommend this app to everyone who wants to generate crosselling.

I've tested out several similar apps before coming across Personalized Recommendations and I can assure you that it is THE BEST app regarding personalized recommended products out there. The app is super flexible with so many features! I've also received awesome support from Harshul. He was keen on ensuring that all my widget styling was in place. You're seriously missing out if you're not using this app.

My team and I used this app to increase our AOV by way of recommended product sections without having to commit to Revenue Sharing as most all of the other apps in this category require. What I also appreciate about this product is being able to quickly establish on-brand styling. Also, the support behind this app offers easily the best and most timely service I have encountered, and their reporting metrics are just what we need. I wanted an app that would allow me to add multiple cross sell/upsell sections to my site. This app is amazing and just what I've been looking for. The AI is great with the recommendations but I'm still able to set manual recommendations as well. This is really a powerful app with so many built in features. The pricing structure is totally reasonable unlike many other similar apps. The support has been TOP NOTCH! I really can't say enough. I highly recommend this app!

Though I haven't used it much, it looks to be really good. Clean, intuitive UI, good documentation, generous free plan. Recommended.
