I just installed the app for my new gift store. I love the way you can customize the email going out to the customers. It looks so professional. All I had to do is set it up and forget it. Since you can customize it so quickly you can change your wording anytime you want. I had a problem with the Logo and Matt in Customer Service was absolutely outstanding in helping me fix my problem.
