Just purchased it, took the time to slightly customize the emails. Have discovered that customers are not getting the emails and they are going into their junk mail. Also sent emails to several email addresses of my own after using my dummy accounts I have set up on the website (for testing things like this) and they ALL went to junk mail. How can you possibly recover any abandoned carts for your site if the emails go to a person's junk mail. I have tested over a dozen and they ALL went to junk mail folders at the recipient end. Disappointed that I've paid 9.99 for this so far. Was looking forward to possibly seeing some recovery into 2017.
