I tried the Basic subscription for 2 days and I got charged a month later even though I was supposed to have a 14-day free trial. I reported the error, they identified the issue and not only refunded my money back, but also offered me their services for 1 year for free for the inconvenience caused. Impressive customer care relationship. Thanks, guys.
