Great app for getting real insights into how customers use your store. The heatmaps and session replays are especially helpful for finding friction points and understanding what visitors actually do.

Finally, real visibility into checkout behavior We've tried plenty of session recording tools over the years, but Redspot is the first one that actually lets you watch how visitors interact with your checkout. That alone has been worth it. AI Insights is a nice touch too. I sent their team feedback on how it could be improved, and support was genuinely receptive. They're already working on it. Solid app, fair price. Recommended.
