突然メールの送信ドメイン認証の機能を取りやめ、他のサービスと統合しろとアナウンスしました。 また、APP側が用意したページ遷移が動作しなくなるなど、完全性も怪しい。

Beware of fraud! We printed 10,000 postcards (to be added to parcels during fulfilment) with a QR code that links to this App. Now, a few months after installing, they change their pricing and want to charge up to 20% (!!!!) commission on referrals. Their only new plan with no commissions costs 150 USD per month (after an arbitrary 50% discount is applied). This is so unheard of, it should cause Shopify to ban the app. If they were to offer any reasonable pricing tiers, I wouldn't complain - they have to make money somehow, maybe 1-3%. We're talking about hard earned, organic word-of-mouth referrals here. But this pricing system is a scam and downright fraudulent.

Really clunky UI, editing designs for the widgets are very restrictive without using CSS. Couldn't preview email notifications without changing the store email, which might be suitable for very small brands but quite a large inconvenience for us.

Poor service. Non functional application. Refer via email will only end in spam and does not work via authenticated domain. We installed the app 2 weeks ago on the $79 growth plan for a campaign due on 31st First campaign email test went to spam in every major client we used. So we authenticated the domain with our own domain and followed all instructions (changing from email in each template). Emails still would only come via their email and stayed in spam. We tested multiple times in case it was propogation or some form of delayed setup on their end. Support was contacted on 25th, and multiple times on 28th, they had collaborator access and was promised an UPDATE at Eod. This didn't happen and so we've contacted multiple times since and It was only on the 29th when they've told me that their developers have found that theres a "general technical issue" and they have zero idea when it will be fixed. The reviews do not reflect in any way our experience or what we've seen when we've spoken to their support.
