SC Conjured Referral Program

We switched to Conjured after needing a referral app that supported a custom incentive (we plant trees), and has the ability to run multiple campaigns which means we can continue testing and refining our referral campaign as time goes on. Most importantly, however, is their top-notch customer support. They are responsive, timely, helpful, and clearly care about each customer. They go out of their way to reach out and support with custom coding so our referral program looks and works great.

Aimee and Char are a great team and made our referral program page look exactly as we wanted! They were amazingly fast and even when we had tweaks we wanted to make, they were able to update the design within a day. I had a lot of questions regarding how to import our email designs into our referral flow as well and Aimee & Char were both so patient and explained things to me very clearly. Now we have a referral program that looks exactly the way we want, and it only took 2 days! We're excited to see how our referral program grows from here.

We were looking to launch a unique referral program and the Conjured team (Aimee & Char) went above and beyond to make it happen! They have an incredible response time, they were willing to do VCs, design pages for us from the ground up and do whatever they need to make this a reality for us. Also, the Conjured Referral communication and program itself is incredibly thorough - they've really thought of every way to move people through the referral funnel.

We haven't launched yet, but the set-up has been a breeze. The Conjured Team will personally work with you to get your landing page looking exactly how you want it with no additional fees! The email templates & content are 100% customizable. The program is a bit more expensive than we're hoping for, but we're excited to launch and see how successful it will be for our brand :)

This app has helped us build our referral community and their support has been very prompt in helping me navigate things!

Provides the ability to set a minimum and limit on the number of referrals advocates can make. Also have the function where friends must make a purchase before advocates are rewarded.

Its a great app that help with our referral program, and I have to say their customer service is good, usually, I will get a reply in 24 hrs except for holiday ofc. But I may suggest making the FAQ more comprehensive, for some questions, I will need to ask them directly by email, but if I can find a solution by searching a keyword, it won't be much hassle for their team.

Where other referral apps require referral links and gimmicky point-based systems, Conjured is straight forward if you want to create coupon codes that feel more personalized for customers in your referral system. Personally, this is the best way to protect your brand value by controlling how many of the referral offers can be redeemed. The customer service is great and they respond right away.

I haven't used the app yet (still playing around and building my site), but I can say that the team behind it is absolutely genius. Super friendly, fast, and precise when answering your questions. So far, love it.
