RefillLane allows ecommerce merchants to set product-specific refill timing and review order records to make informed decisions. The app enables users to set refill intervals, lead times, and quantity rules, manually sync up to 1,000 orders, check due dates, email marketing permissions, pause or cancel records, and export data to CSV. RefillLane does not message customers, edit orders or products, or store customer email addresses. Order-based features require Shopify protected customer data approval.
