Refora: Reviews & Reorders is an app designed to help ecommerce merchants request Google reviews from past and new customers, as well as assist customers in remembering to reorder products. The app allows customers to choose a reorder reminder for a product they purchased, customize the date, and easily reschedule or cancel the reminder. Merchants can preview review campaigns, track requests, attributed reorders, and refunds. Additionally, the Pro version of the app enables routing eligible POS and pickup invitations to the correct branch. Please note that there are not enough reviews to analyze at the moment.
