Reviews summary

Refund Guard helps merchants understand the payment fees they may lose when issuing refunds, especially for BNPL providers like Klarna and Afterpay where merchant fees are often non-refundable. It adds order-page warnings with estimated fee losses for Shopify Payments, cards, and PayPal, and includes tools like a refund simulator, dashboard tracking, threshold settings, custom rates, CSV export, and email alerts in the Pro plan. The app appears focused on reducing surprise refund costs and giving staff clearer visibility before processing cash refunds.
