RefundAudit
RefundAudit provides ecommerce merchants with a tool to track refunds by staff actor and channel, offering features such as history tracking, review flags, digests, and CSV export. The app aims to give merchants a clear audit trail for refunds, importing the last 60 days of refund history and attributing new refunds by actor and channel from installation onwards. Users can label staff actors, review rollups, export audit fields to CSV, and receive a weekly digest with key metrics. However, there are not enough reviews to analyze at the moment.

I finally have a clear view of who’s issuing refunds in my store. It was easy to set up and the weekly email saves me having to keep checking. Simple, useful, and well worth it!
