Joel and the team at Refundid have been amazing with help in set up, service if any issue arise and just genuine good people to work with. They understand each brand is different and have a product that allows the brand to customise there own return journey. It is also really easy to set up and implement. The instant refund product is kind of a no brainer if you don't want to offer exchanges.

If you are seeking an affordable returns solution that can automate the returns process for you and your customers, PLUS the ability to offer instant refunds to your customers.. this is the app for you. Joel and the support team are incredible and will see you set up seamlessly in no time. They constantly release new features and are a far better-priced solution than other returns platforms with lesser features. If returns are part of your business, Refundid should be too.

We've used several return platforms in the past and Refundid is definitely the best so far!
