We've been using RefundId as our online returns portal and it's been a game changer for our operations. The move to self-service returns has completely transformed how our CS and returns team works — freeing up significant time and streamlining what used to be a heavily manual process. We also have a few unique product considerations and custom business processes so flexibility was non-negotiable. The platform is adaptable enough to handle the nuances of our business rather than forcing us into a one-size-fits-all workflow. Finally, I can't speak highly enough about the RefundId team. this is a great App, the support is very good and support emails are answered quickly. It really makes the return process easier and better for customers to get an instant exchange, especially for fashion or swimwear brands. Highly recommend.
