this is a great App, the support is very good and support emails are answered quickly. It really makes the return process easier and better for customers to get an instant exchange, especially for fashion or swimwear brands. Highly recommend.

Joel and the team at Refundid have been amazing with help in set up, service if any issue arise and just genuine good people to work with. They understand each brand is different and have a product that allows the brand to customise there own return journey. It is also really easy to set up and implement. The instant refund product is kind of a no brainer if you don't want to offer exchanges.
