Great customer service. We have been setting up our Regios promos and sometimes hit some roadblocks -- i've been super impressed with the speed and helpfulness of their team. They have helped us validate functionality, fix bugs and find the most efficient ways to set up our promos. I appreciate the professionalism and speed of their team!

After moving from SFCC to Shopify, it was difficult to figure out a way to create our very complicated promotions. Regios has been the only app that has been able to help us out with variant promotions/metafields, etc.. Their support is helpful and quick to reply (i've used this quite a bit)!

We absolutely love this app! It's been an integral part of our teams ability to run multiple discounts automatically at the same time. We're able to set up all of our quarterly promotions in one discount group and schedule overlapping automated discounts for additional promotional periods without the limitations of Shopify's native discounts. Everything works seamlessly online and in Shopify POS, meaning our team can sell product in store without needing to manually discount items at the till.

This app has allowed us to set pricing how we want, with the appropriate discounts needed. Being able to have bulk pricing option show on the product page was key. Support has been very responsive, and the documentation is excellant.

The customer service (Seun) is very supportive, which they have provided all necessary support for my testing, as well as helping the team to complete the setup. This app function is quite comprehensive, which we can ride on this to growth our business.
