We replaced a messy stack of tools with Releva and finally have customer data + campaigns in one place. ROAS is up and we’re spending way less time fixing integrations. Retention improved within the first month - the automated flows are genuinely smarter than what we had. Feels like we’re getting more repeat orders without constantly babysitting segments.
