ReorderInbox is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to easily turn customer emails, texts, and screenshots into draft orders. The app matches the message content against the merchant's product catalog and creates a draft order only after the merchant confirms the review. Each line in the draft order shows the customer's original message, the matched product, and a match confidence level. Uncertain lines are flagged for review, and corrections help the app learn the customers' shorthand. The original message is attached to every order for reference and evidence.
