They have an email ID which never responds to you once you pay them the money. Once you pay the money to them, you will be destroyed. Delivery take 20 days. RTO takes 50 days. FAKE RTO and parcel thefts are very common, with no reimbursement, ever. You need to file police complaints and consumer court cases to get the money back, without consumer court case you won't get your money back. This is some scam started by few people to fool people and rob them.
Possibly, the worst courier company that you can work for including a funding agency that will not stop hounding, you trying to pressurise you to becoming a part of their debt to fund business. There is no customer support available. This actually means that there is no support number. There is no assigned point of contact and if you’re shipping with them, you’re on your own. Don’t expect timely accountability to come because it does not exist
One of the unfortunate seller trapped into this Worst shipping service Shipfast. Irresponsible uncapable to solve any delivery issues. Repeatedly error application. no one to care this business properly. Lost many repeated customers, shipping charges, peace of mind by this poor company.
