Reply Pilot is a Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants manage Judge.me and Yotpo product review replies with on-brand AI drafts. The app allows users to connect their Judge.me or Yotpo account, import recent reviews, and generate editable AI drafts using product context and saved brand voice settings. Merchants can review each draft before sending, skip reviews that do not need a reply, and keep a sent history with model, status, and error details.
