I have this app on all my Shopify sites. The customer service is great and very responsive. Assisting me to create reports, real-time, through chat. Great App. Allows a full view of all my Shopify data to one place. The scheduled reports are perfect to keep track of order status with looking in the Shopify admin everyday. Customer service and support is the best.
