Below is my first review. However, I can no longer access the platform and customer support is of no help. Spent an hour waiting for a resolution without success. The agent said he would email my reports and work on a resolution with tech. Unfortunately, he never followed through so I had to manually create the reports I needed. I am being kind with my new 3 stars only because when it worked, it did make my sales tax reporting easier. Time to look for another report app. A Game-Changer for Wine Sales Reporting!
