This company is complete frauds, I installed their software which did work. I uninstalled the software, got a email message from their support. "Hi There, This is Joshua, from the Report Pundit team. I noticed you uninstalled the Report Pundit App from your Shopify store. Can you please share your reporting requirements and I will make sure the reports are created at no cost. Can you please re-install the App? I will make sure the trial is extended until the requirement is met. Also, We can offer 40% discount on each store on Monthly basis. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks, Joshua Customer success team" I didn't reply They then sent another email: Hello There, This is Guru from the Report Pundit team. I noticed that you tried to log in to the Report Pundit app. I believe your 14-day trial has expired. So I have extended your trial for 7 more days. Our team has worked with more than 6,000 Shopify merchants to create business-specific reports. Let me know if you need any custom reports. Thanks, Guru After which they reinstalled the app, and charged me for it. Then after contacting their support and explaining the problem, the support rep handed me of to their AI bot GURU again who gave me the same message about "trying to login" Be warned.
