We love this app, and the Report Toaster team. The app is very easy to use, and performs much quicker compared the the competition. George, one of the Report Team members has been very attentive and has helped our company tons!

A must-have reporting tool for serious Shopify businesses Report Toaster has been an absolute game-changer compared to Shopify’s native reporting, especially when it comes to compliance and financial clarity. Shopify’s built-in reports are fine at a surface level, but they fall short the moment you need real detail—particularly for interstate commerce, tax reporting, and separating gift card activity. Report Toaster allows me to pull exactly the data I need, the way I need it, without having to export multiple reports and manually manipulate spreadsheets. The ability to clearly separate **gift card sales vs. redemptions** alone is invaluable, both for accurate revenue tracking and for working cleanly with accounting and tax records. Where this tool truly shines is that I can easily break down sales by state, track taxable vs. non-taxable sales, and generate reports that actually make sense for filing and reconciliation. This level of transparency is something Shopify’s native reports simply don’t provide without significant workarounds. The customization, filters, and scheduling options save an incredible amount of time and reduce errors—especially important when dealing with compliance and audits. If you run a multi-state business, sell gift cards, or need reporting that goes beyond “basic,” Report Toaster is not optional—it’s essential. Highly recommended for any Shopify merchant who wants confidence, accuracy, and control over their numbers.

I have changed to Report Pundit. I could not get the numbers to consistently match with Shopify actual. I will miss the AI functionality, however Report pundit human assistant has been excellent. Just some feedback. Thanks

After being wildly disappointed with Shopify's reporting capabilities, I decided to look for an app we could use to support our needs. Not only are Report Toaster's reports very user friendly, but the customer service is really where you get your money's worth. I am a person who has many questions, and I want to ensure I get the report exactly right before I send it to our team - every time I email, George responds within a half hour at most, and has never not been able to help me. Highly recommend!

The app itself is great and the support team has been excellent! They’ve been easy to work with when it comes to setting up our custom reports. The app has a simple UX which we love. Desktop and mobile is easy to review reports. Highly recommend the app and the team here!

We've been using Report Toaster for a while now and have always had a good experience, the fact that its now embedded in the Shopify admin makes it so much better!

Fantastic support. Quick response and assistance with custom reports. Easy for the entire team to use. We have used many different reporting apps in the past and I would recommend Report Toaster over all of the others.

FANTASTIC. You can (soon) do LOCKED curated reports with links that google won't be scraped for outside access users to see store info that is updating but won't allow them to access all your records. I have to add the support is fantastic and I requested this feature, by the time I contacted them again they were about a week away from rolling it out. Yes they listen to customer, they respond quickly, and for my issue although they didn't have a tested update out, they offered to custom help me with my issue. YMMV but if they can help you, they will, and quickly. 10/10 enjoy paying for this app, well worth it.

Yes, read-only shared links are indeed a new feature of our app that allow users to share a direct link to a report that can't be edited (e.g. any filters or columns are locked), making it safe for external sharing. This feature is now available for all our users, so glad you like it!

The team at Report Toaster is AMAZING! Their ability to generate custom reports are invaluable to our team. Shopify has decent reporting, but their reports take it to a whole nother level.

George and his crew are what all companies should strive for when it comes to customer service. In a world of complex and expensive apps that handle inventory management, he was able to tailor a report to my needs and keep me going at a fraction of the cost, with time savings on my end. In addition to being an amazing app with a built-in AI assistant that WORKS, their support is incredible!
