I've had wonderful customer service experiences with George! I encountered a couple of challenging situations, and he seamlessly helped me in finding solutions and assisted me in running reports. I wish all customer service experiences were this quick and easy ◡̈ Thanks George!

customer service is outstanding. They created a report for me when I couldn't figure out how to do it myself. Thank you! Super impressed with the reports they've already created. Very much worth getting if you're serious about using data to grow

They are doing amazing with highly customizable reports. We communicate the report logic and how we want the report to look like, they will organize it in a nice and presentable way.

Tons of useful reports available, help center was super responsive and helpful in pulling the report I needed. The data in here is incredibly useful! Highly recommend.

This afternoon, I had a niche question on configuring a report. I used the chat function and was connected with George Bailey-Kirby who provided absolutely outstanding, white-glove support. Answered my questions, configured the report on my behalf, and saved it to my account within a few minutes. Way above and beyond what I could have possibly imagined. Regarding the platform overall: I wish we had found this app sooner - it's an incredibly robust reporting platform that solves so many problems we have had to find ways creative ways to work around. Feels pretty weird to be so pumped about a reporting platform, but here we are! -DJH

We've been using Report Toaster for about a year now and are very happy with the service. Their templates are a great resource and easy to get started/customize. We've also been very happy with the customer support and George in particular who has created several highly complex reports for us. He's extremely reliable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. It's the best reporting application ever, a must have for anyone using Shopify! And the support is beyond anything I've ever experienced!

Above and beyond what I expected. This app will give you more data than you know what to do with! It is extremally helpful to run very customized reports - wish I would have know about this app earlier. I have used their customer service via chat twice and have had nothing but stellar experiences. If you need a reporting app this is the one!

A very powerful but simple to use report builder - you can use it for financial reporting, monitoring collections, understanding performance etc. The support is amazing as well - very helpful, very responsive.

they suddenly, unexpectedly changed the free plan features - most importantly, the ability to print a report for users. this renders this app useless to me as I cannot justify $9 a month to print off a weekly report to help me fulfill orders. Would've appreciated a heads up or a cheaper option since I only need access to 1 report once a week for my small business.

Originally we had communicated this change to all of our customers back in September (with a reminder sent in October). However, our only contact for your account had unsubscribed from our emails and so we were unable to reach you. Please note that this change was only implemented as a response to the growing data costs associated with supporting our thousands of free plan users. Over the last few years we have also introduced many features to our paid plan to help merchants justify the expense - all without increasing the price of our subscription plans. I have been using Report Toaster now for 3 months after having tried many other reporting apps none of which come close to this tool. The ability to customize your own reports for all areas of your business is excellent, including Revenue Recognition, a key area for me. When needed customer service is exceptional. They are not just extremely helpful, but are quick to understand what's required and also point out other considerations you may not have considered. Thank you Toaster reporter, for your help, expertise, and patience.

This is an amazing app. I did have to buy the paid subscription but onve I did they set up my reports to pull the custom data that I needed!

Have only used for a few days but so far so good. Lots of reports out of box and support has been excellent and quick in helping build out a few custom reports. Highly recommend.
