I recently started using this app, and have found it great! Although we are currently using the free version, we will need to upgrade soon. The app is straight forward and easy to grasp. Support was excellent in making a couple of adjustments for us. The one area we are still working on (and is more related to an issue with us than the app) is getting notifications through a group gmail account. Other than that, app is great.
