This is precisely the solution we were looking for, and it did not disappoint. What's more, I really appreciate the fact that this developer offers Whatsapp support. I had a very basic question, reached out over Whatsapp, and they set me right within three minutes. Stellar support. Great app. You will not be disappointed.

The app is straight forward and easy to grasp. Support was excellent in making a couple of adjustments for us. The one area we are still working on (and is more related to an issue with us than the app) is getting notifications through a group gmail account. Other than that, app is great.

That app works well. I wish there were more customization available, but I see there are frequent updates, so it'll just take some time. I do not like that there are no free trials (Reason for 4 stars) Other competitor apps do offer free trials; especially when deciding which to use, it's a lot easier to have a free trial to see if the app will work with your website, without having to pay for it and request a refund if you do not like it. (At least when I first downloaded this app a few months ago, there was no option for free trials.) The customer service office is based in Asia. Because of this, reaching out to support during normal business hours in the United States will be nighttime where they are, and vice versa, not a complaint, but something to keep in mind. Support inquired about me leaving a review, and I told them I will; following that, I received 6+ emails requesting me to leave a quote and asking if I had received their emails. I understand that positive reviews help in sales, but 6 emails asking if I am receiving their other emails is a little extreme. I appreciate emails, but not that many. If you are on the fence about downloading this app, I would recommend it. I would enjoy more customizations here and there, such as some items being "Call for quote" while others are "Add to Quote (Email)". Also, for the RFQ Visibility, there are only two options: All Products and Manual Product. Having a third option of "Select All Except..." would be helpful for stores with large inventories where a majority are RFQ with some being just "Add to Cart".

We've been using the Request for Quote app and are extremely impressed. It's fast, easy to use, and much more efficient compared to other apps we tried. Highly recommend this app if you're looking for a reliable solution for handling custom or bulk order inquiries! It makes obtaining quotes and conversions to draft orders really slick. Update: we are noticing a endless processing symbol on many of our pages now since using the app. My software programmer determined that it is from this app. Per their advice, I had scheduled 2 Google meets using their Calendly app and they no showed to both.
