Omega team are quick to respond and have implemented my requests, which is just amazing. Great team behind the scenes and a great product. Omega team has the best customer service experience I have ever encountered. I have had to chat with their team many times while updating the apps for customization and they reply within 5 minutes and all questions/comments/requests completed quickly and easily.
