Savv-e Work Store review for Q:Request A Quote & Hide Price

** Update ** after the excellent response and ownership that I have received from Omega after reporting these problems, I am updating this review from 2* to 4*. We accept that things may occasionally go wrong, but the most important thing is that the App teams take ownership and ensure that the problems are resolved and do not hit other customers. Omega's response to this has been excellent - which gives me confidence in the wider quality of the product - thank you!! Previous review: Lots of great functionality and good support but I felt mis-led by the app description. It does not automatically create draft orders after a quote is accepted - you will need to do this via a manual step. Also **WARNING** - I was testing on a paid plan and hiding the ATC button for just the test product. I switched back to the free plan and it updated the options in the background to hide ATC for ALL products in our store, resulting in lost revenue. I did not expect this to happen and I did not see any warnings. So IMO, a good product let down by misleading marketing and a pricing plan implementation that puts App revenue before the customers business. Not acceptable.

Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry for the extremely frustrating experience you've had with Quote Snap. Reading your review, we understand we have not only failed to provide a clear experience but have also caused a critical issue for your business that resulted in lost revenue. This is completely unacceptable, and we offer our deepest apologies. We want to address your points directly: 1. On the "Misleading" Description for Draft Orders: We are very sorry that our app description led to a misunderstanding. You are correct that creating a draft order is currently a manual step after a quote is accepted. We designed it this way to give merchants a final chance to review details, but we see now that our communication about this feature was not clear enough. We appreciate you reaching out to us about this, and your feedback is invaluable. We are immediately reviewing all our app store and marketing descriptions to make this process crystal clear for all users. We are also prioritizing development for a fully automated draft order creation option in a future update. 2. On the Critical "Add to Cart" Button Issue: We are incredibly sorry for the financial impact this issue caused. We have investigated this thoroughly, and we want to be completely transparent about what happened. Our paid plans allow for quote rules to be set for specific products, while our free plan applies rules globally to all products. When you switched from the paid plan back to the free plan, the system correctly reverted to the free plan's logic. However, the setting you had "hide ATC button for the quote rule" was then applied globally to all products, as per the free plan's functionality. While our system does have a warning about feature changes during a downgrade, it is now painfully obvious to us that this warning was not specific or clear enough to prevent this disastrous outcome. It did not explicitly state that your product-specific settings would be applied globally. This is our failure. A user should never be surprised by a change that negatively impacts their entire store. We understand that an apology and an explanation do not recover your lost sales. Our support team has reached out to you personally, we would be grateful for the opportunity to make this right. We are disappointed in ourselves for letting you down. We are committed to making our app not only powerful but also safe and transparent for our customers. We hope we can earn back your trust. Sincerely, The Quote Snap Team
