This app is absolutely terrible and the customer service is unacceptable. The system constantly glitches, and when you uninstall and reinstall it, your paid subscription is suddenly not recognised and you are charged again. I have now been charged twice for the same yearly plan on the same account. Despite repeatedly contacting support, they only make promises to review the issue and issue a refund, yet nothing has happened for months. I am currently stuck with one account running two active subscriptions simply because they are incapable of identifying accounts that are already subscribed. Avoid this app. Save yourself the frustration and choose a better alternative elsewhere.

After carefully rechecking your case, here’s what happened with the double charge: When you first contacted us about being billed twice for the yearly plan, we confirmed the second charge on your account. At the time, Shopify’s billing system showed that the second invoice had been automatically refunded due to overlapping billing, so we genuinely believed the issue had already been resolved. However, after following up again with Shopify, they confirmed that the system status was incorrect: the refund was marked as “processed,” but no actual payout was issued, which is why you never received the refund. Because we don’t want you to wait any longer while Shopify investigates the discrepancy on their side, we’ve now issued the refund directly from our end for the overlapping billing so you’re not stuck in the middle of a platform-level error. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the delay, and we understand how unacceptable this feels from your perspective.
