Tradition Hardware review for Required: Cart page fields

We use this app for a order note that's for the customer (not for us as the merchant). It helps our customers if they can add PO#'s and job names or any note to their orders if they need to look back and reference anything. We then have this cart note displayed in all transactional emails using code. They also see the order note in the past orders page. It works flawlessly and we've been using this app for a while!
