This app is efficient, highly customizable, and supports automated upsells, which are critical to a business like ours. As always, DevIT.Software delivers a great experience at a competitive price.

Support is extremely limited in their knowledge of their own app. They will tell you that Stripe payments are not functional with their app - when they are. They blame Shopify limitations that don't actually apply to your store when you read through them. They will tell you that their dysfunctional app is the issue of anyone but the app. For example - I have two of the exact same post-purchase offer - one has a 34% conversion rate and one has a 0% conversion rate. Support's response was that the 0% conversion rate offer just wasn't good enough - without even looking to confirm the offer. Had they looked, they would see that it is the literal exact same offer - copy paste. Out of 4 funnels, only one was actually working. The other 3 had payment error messages and didn't present the correct offers, or didn't present the offer at all. Less than half of my checkouts were even able to see the offer at all. The bottom line here is that this app isn't ready for launch and their support isn't ready for anything.

It's been a great experience using this app! The features are complete and the analytics are easy to understand. Also they are very quick to respond with any questions and explain about the steps of creating funnel for the upsell. Love love love this app!

We're still new to using this app so we find it quite different from other apps as this appears after confirmation of order has been made. But so far it is working. As long as it's working.. it is good. We didn't encounter any problems with it so far. And the team is great. They are able to answer our inquiries right away.

ReSell—Post Purchase Upsell is a highly-rated app with lots of features even in its free plan. It's great for implementing post-purchase upsells, and the customer support is top-notch. Giving it a 5-star rating would be well-deserved.

**UPDATE**They have fixed the UI to allow for first time buyers to purchase. They are also working on a fix for the declined transaction issue. Will update. Their platform adds DECLINED upsell transactions to your stats, passes them to fulfillment, AND charges you for them. This is boarder line fraud. not to mention completely ruins all stats, and creates extra work trying to catch the declined upsells before they ship. I have lost thousands in inventory because of this app. They have charged me for declined upsell revenue. And i spent over 10 hours AT LEAST trying to tell them to fix it. over and over and over again. I've told them over and over and over again for months and they refuse to acknowledge the issue. After warning after warning, request after request, I will be forced to report this app to Shopify incompetence and for fraud. It is absolutely unacceptable behavior.

This app not only works great but they went ahead and implemented a feature I requested. Now they are the best post purchase upsell app out there with the added feature. The customer service and the developers were both very patient and handled all my requests nicely. Highly recommend.
