Customers don’t have to repeat themselves or send bits of information across multiple emails and our team can see everything they need in one place. It’s made the whole process quicker, clearer, and a lot less painful for everyone.
The biggest win for us hasn’t just been faster claims, it’s the visibility. Resolvi gives our product team live fault data by SKU, fault type, customer evidence, and submitted media. We can finally see which products are causing issues, spot trends early, and take real evidence back to our manufacturer instead of relying on support notes and spreadsheet exports.
