Resolvi - Warranty Management is a Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants efficiently manage product warranty claims from start to finish. It allows customers to submit structured claims through a portal embedded in the theme, and the merchant's team can make item-level decisions on each claim. The app streamlines the process by executing outcomes with replacement draft orders, refunds, or gift cards, while also providing built-in analytics to track fault types, trends, and cost per claim. Merchants can review customer photos and videos in a searchable gallery for better understanding.

Customers don’t have to repeat themselves or send bits of information across multiple emails and our team can see everything they need in one place. It’s made the whole process quicker, clearer, and a lot less painful for everyone.
