This is an app I always rely on. The support is solid, the responses are quick, and extremely courteous. It’s an app I would like to continue using going forward.

This app does an amazing job at organizing and showcasing products in a way that really makes a difference for our store. It’s easy to use, and the features are super helpful for curating collections that convert. On top of that, the customer service is excellent—responsive, thoughtful, and always on point when you need support. Highly recommend!

The merchandising sorting rules are extremely helpful in organizing larger collections and scheduling featured products. My biggest issue is there is very limited reporting options. There is an app performance report, but it is only available every 30 days. That is not helpful in analyzing the store's merchandising performance and the app's ROI.

Very helpful team. App does what it says it's going to do Saved me a ton of hours manually sorting our 100+ collections. And I am looking forward to seeing the long term effects of better merhandised collections. Having this process automated is a godsend.

We use this app not only for daily re-sorting, whereby new and specifically tagged products are sorted to the top and sold-out and unpopular products are pushed to the bottom, but also for the intelligent tagging of products that are e.g. topsellers, trending or almost sold out in order to generate suitable product labels. Operation is simple and intuitive, and the support team responds promptly and helpfully to enquiries of any kind. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

A must have app for all Shopify sites as it offers not only a way to sort collections automatically but also create new ones to support current top sellers and new products. The service is amazong with really fast response times. Have been using this on mant sites for many years.

Ramil from the Bestsellers reSort app provided exceptional support in addressing an issue we encountered with another Shopify app that was affecting the functionality of reSort. He demonstrated remarkable dedication by regularly testing the issue, even outside of his standard hours. Shopify has very basic and infexible collection sorting rules so to overcome this limitation we used to use 3rd party software power to render collections and site search on our website. This was expensive and always felt needlessly complex. It also added unnessariy load time to collection pages and was just another thing that could break. When I discovered BestSellers ReSort I realised we could combine it with Shopify's new native Search & Discover App and achieve 80% of what the fancy enterprise software does at a fraction of the cost. And it was all using native shopify so it was faster and much more intuitive for my team to use. This App is an absolute game changer and I highly reccomend it.

We've been using their simplier app which was focused on out of stocks only. This one is a level above that. The app provides a wide array of features, making it indispensable to our operations. We’ve benefited immensely from its functionality, and we can't envision managing our stores without it. It's a highly recommended tool for anyone looking to unlock the full potential of Shopify's collection capabilities.

Bestsellers reSort has been essential to our success in the past few years. It offers plethora of options, and we cannot imagine running a store without this app. Ramil from the support has always been amazing and willing to help us with running BSrS on multiple stores. Highly recommended app and a must have for everyone who wants to realize the full potention of shopify's collections.

The customer service team is extremely easy to work with and very helpful! Anytime I have needed a custom report made, the respond back with what I need very quickly. My suggestion would be to offer a tutorial on how to create my own custom reports.
