I tried the app, and I am very pleased with it. The support is good, and I appreciated that they personally reached out to me to help me get everything set up. The import feature is a great way to load multiple pdfs and documents at once. The app does a pretty good job at generating an image for the document, so that it displays well on the live site. The organizes all the documents in a user-friendly format.

ResourceHub has been a solid solution for us at Good-Lite, helping us centralise product documents and quickly find information by SKU when we need it. It makes it easier for our team to manage resources and give customers access to the right product documents, and the ResourceHub team has been easy to work with and responsive when we had questions or specific needs.

This app had a lot of flexibility than I thought. You can link to videos and other external files, not just PDFs. It's user-friendly and intuitive and I also like the simple corporate design of the library itself. Customer support was also so helpful and understanding. The only solution I needed.

We needed a solution on our website that would allow us to create a document library landing page that we could direct customers to to find the installation instructions for their parts. ResourceHub Document Library was exactly what we needed. The team at Odegi is also extremely helpful and willing to help answer any questions that you might have and listen to your feedback to make ResourceHub even better than the outstanding product that it already is.

We recently switched from a custom-built app we were using to manage our online library of technical documents to the ResourceHub app, and the process was incredibly easy. The app is very user-friendly and works seamlessly with Shopify. We were signed up and uploading documents within minutes. What has really impressed us is the customer support. We reached out via chat to ask about a feature that wasn’t available yet, which was totally fine. Just a couple of days later, the team followed up to let us know they had added the feature to the app. That level of responsiveness is rare and much very much appreciated!
