Absolutely outstanding support from Tudor and the Restock Rooster team! I had an issue with my "Notify Me" button not displaying correctly, and not only did they fix it quickly, they went above and beyond — spotting and resolving a CSS conflict I didn't even know was there, AND fixing text alignment issues on the button and pop-up. Fast, thorough, and genuinely helpful. The app itself is fantastic and the customer service is top-tier. Highly recommend to any Shopify merchant!

No reports or ways to check emails that have been sent. Very limited interface and options.
Hi, there! Our app offers several reporting options, including a page showing all sent emails, recipients, and counts. You can find it under Reports -> Go to Customers page. The experience with restock rooster has been nothing but excellent. Support has always been responsive during business hours and ready to assist when necessary. We had asked for a feature to allow us to set up the notify me functionality for items that were set to 'continue selling’, which has been important for our business model. This is now available, so enjoy using this functionality as well if it’s needed for your business
