Golf King Shop review for Pixc: Image Editing

well... my story, purchased 50$ credits, try to use it only after 2 weeks (didn't have time) and i didn't like the workflow process. I Emailed them that i want my money back , they told me 24 hours passed,and they can't give me a refund. Naturally - i Got pissed. 50$ is ALLOT. I didn't like the UI/Workflow. very uncomfortable. 1 angry customer.instead of proper customer service. (the client always right?) Did i eat your bread? did i break a glass in your shop? is it that difficult to refund something I didn't use? over all , they DO remove the background. and they sound nice. they just don't understand what is proper customer service.
