I can't run my business without this. It tells me exactly what to buy, when, how much, etc. It takes all of the guessing out of inventory management and buying. And working with my coach is super helpful.
I've been waiting for the app to finish loading for 3 days now and it's still not done. I reached out to customer support and never heard back. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend until they fix their technical issues and actually respond to customers.
I'm sorry — this isn't the experience we want anyone to have, and the fact that your support request went unanswered makes it worse. That one is on us. We've found the gap in how messages were being routed and have already changed our process so it doesn't happen again. On the sync not completing: It looks like your initial data load froze and needed to be restarted. If you're open to it, I'd like to get your store loaded properly myself so you can see what the app actually does — including your RetailORBIT Health Score, which is free and gives you a real read on your inventory position. I've reached out directly and hope to hear from you.
