We care a lot about customer experience, so we were nervous about letting AI handle it. With every customer’s routine being different, we didn’t think an automated tool could get it right. The Retentics team changed that by showing us how their AI makes recommendations. Now we trust it to send personal suggestions, and repeat purchases are way up!
