Retrics is an AI-powered Shopify App that helps ecommerce merchants predict customer churn and approve AI-drafted win-back strategies. It analyzes Shopify orders, customers, and products to identify customers likely to reorder, those slipping away, and high-value customers. The app groups customers based on buying behavior and provides ready-to-send reorder, win-back, and cross-sell messages for merchants to review and approve. Additionally, Retrics offers insights into repeat-purchase trends by product, cohort, and time.

We were guessing at retention before this. Retrics pulled our order history in and showed us repeat rate, churn risk, and which segments were worth re-engaging — in plain numbers, not a black box. Set up our first win-back campaign the same week. Support has been fast and genuinely helpful when we had questions about the data. Worth it if you care about repeat revenue and not just new orders.
