We've had a great experience with Returndotai so far. One of the biggest advantages is their willingness to build custom features based on our business requirements something we couldn't get from other return management platforms we previously used Their support team has been excellent throughout the process. They're quick to respond, proactively follow up on open items, and any issues are handled efficiently. It's reassuring to work with a team that genuinely listens to feedback and delivers solutions. Overall, they have been a reliable partner for managing our returns, and we'd definitely recommend it to brands looking for flexibility and strong customer support.
Great experience so far. Amazing customer support and truly very helpful as whatever features we want, they get that done immediately. Most imp thing is that the team is proactive with anynissues or help thats needed. 10x better than the normal return partners like returnprime and ecoreturns.
Really happy with this. Honestly didn't expect much from a returns app but this one surprised me. Setup took like 5 minutes, the portal looks clean, and I've already had a few customers use it without any confusion. The AI stuff actually works which is nice one. Good price too.
