Ti-Parts Titanium review for Return Helper: Return Centre

Warning for anyone considering Return Helper for expensive returns. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Return Helper. One of my return packages arrived at their warehouse with an additional forwarding label placed by another courier, partially covering the original shipping label. Even though part of the original information was still visible and the owner could potentially be identified, the package was treated as "unidentified." Return Helper only keeps unidentified packages for 14 days before disposing of them. Unfortunately, the package was disposed of, resulting in a significant financial loss. When I contacted their China team, the response was simply an apology. They stated that they would not compensate for the loss and accepted no responsibility. The Singapore operations contact who previously handled our account has also become unresponsive, even after multiple follow-ups in our WhatsApp group. For low-value items this policy may be acceptable, but for high-value products this creates substantial risk. If you are shipping expensive goods, I strongly recommend using DHL or FedEx return services instead of relying on a warehouse that disposes of unidentified packages after only 14 days. I hope Return Helper reviews this policy and introduces a longer holding period or a better identification process before disposing of customers' property.
