Returnhub is a self-serve return portal for ecommerce merchants, offering a streamlined process for customers to initiate returns and for merchants to manage approvals. The app includes a branded return portal for customers to select items for return, choose reasons, and submit requests without the need for accounts or email exchanges. Merchants can easily approve or reject requests from a centralized dashboard in Shopify admin, with approved refunds seamlessly processed through Shopify.
