ReturnLogic has been a fantastic addition to our workflow. The platform puts everything you need for returns in one place, making the process seamless for customers with far fewer hurdles and less support required. Since switching over, we haven’t had a single customer complaint compared to our old manual process. The support team is excellent—Sydney, in particular, has been patient, responsive, and proactive in walking us through solutions and making sure our wishlist items are addressed. The resources and guidance provided made the initial transition smooth, and the long-term payoff has been invaluable. ReturnLogic has been amazing to work with! The returns/exchanges setup was a breeze and the full automation takes a huge work load off our team. We're also using their 3rd Party Warranty option in a way I don't think it was really designed for, but they have been wonderful helping us adapt it to fit our needs- even getting their developers to make some adjustments!
