Returns & Exchanges by aico allows ecommerce merchants to easily manage return and exchange requests with a fully customizable self-service portal. The app enables customization of logos, colors, and email settings, and allows setting return/exchange reasons, policies, and addresses. Customers can submit requests by entering their order ID and email, selecting items and reasons, and all requests can be tracked and managed through the Returns Overview dashboard.
