We’ve had a good experience working with ClickPost. The platform gives clear visibility across multiple courier partners and the integrations were fairly smooth to set up. Tracking and performance insights are useful, and the support team is responsive whenever issues come up. Overall, it has helped simplify our shipping workflows and improve the post-order experience for our customers.

Onboarding is simple and well guided, and the configurations are easy to understand. Their support team is quick and amazing. The dashboard is also clean and well organized, making returns or exchanges easy to process. Overall, it’s truly great value for money.

I want to recognise the team for their good customer service. The Return and Exchange functionality is super easy to set up and use. A very helpful app for anyone starting a business.
