We had some issues in the beginning but we figured out gradually. The customer support is great. Yash and his team always give us priority support and we are able to save 80% of the time we wasted doing returns manually. The team’s ability to provide customization is great. Currently we are processing 1000+ returns over the month and the impact is superb.

Aplikacja kompletnie nie nadaje się do obsługi zwrotów na polskim rynku. Brak wsparcia dla zwrotów za pobraniem to poważne zaniedbanie, biorąc pod uwagę, jak popularna jest ta forma płatności. To wręcz absurdalne, że tak kluczowa informacja nie jest dostępna od początku, a dowiadujesz się o tym dopiero w trakcie użytkowania lub – co gorsza – od sfrustrowanych klientów. Sama obsługa aplikacji jest uciążliwa i toporna. Każdy produkt trzeba zgłaszać do zwrotu oddzielnie, wybierając osobno powód, co przy większych zamówieniach staje się prawdziwym koszmarem. Klienci szybko się poddają, bo cały proces trwa zbyt długo i jest nieintuicyjny. Na dodatek, po całym tym wysiłku, klient musi jeszcze ręcznie zgłosić zwrot, aby otrzymać etykietę – co często zostaje przez nich pominięte, generując nam dodatkową pracę. Aplikacja jest pełna błędów, regularnie się zawiesza.Integracja z InPost wymaga najwyższego abonamentu... Obniżenie abonamentu spowodowało wyłącznie automatycznej akceptacji zwrotów i automatyczne tworzenie etykiet. Pomimo, że ta funkcjonalność jest w planie Growth. Dowiedzieliśmy się o tym dopiero po zmianie planu – bez jakiegokolwiek ostrzeżenia od twórców i niezgodnie z ich własną ofertą. W efekcie, musieliśmy akceptować zwroty ręcznie i samodzielnie tworzyć etykiety, co doprowadziło do zaległości i negatywnych opinii od mniej cierpliwych klientów.
