We’ve had a great experience using ReturnX so far. The app is detailed, easy to configure, and works smoothly for managing returns and exchanges. Perfect app for return, exchanges and refund. Good journey experience for customer and very easy and simple panel for the seller as well. Must buy. Quick assistance by Yash, the founder of the brand. Just go for it.

We had some issues in the beginning but we figured out gradually. The customer support is great. Yash and his team always give us priority support and we are able to save 80% of the time we wasted doing returns manually. The team’s ability to provide customization is great. Currently we are processing 1000+ returns over the month and the impact is superb.

One of the best apps for returns on Shopify. Not only the app is easy to use but the personal support is amazing. The team likes to work closely with us and always take our requests on priority.
