I’ve used quite a few Shopify apps, but this one caught my attention. It’s not trying to do everything for you. It looks at the store, finds areas that could be costing you sales, and puts them in front of you. A couple of the things it picked up were genuinely useful.

I didn’t really know what to expect when I installed this, but I was pleasantly surprised. It picked up on a few things in my store that I’d completely overlooked. Some of the recommendations were really simple, but I could see how they could make a difference to sales. I’m definitely keeping this one installed.

I've been trying this out, and I actually like it. It found a few things I wasn't paying attention to, like old leads that could be brought back and some alt text that needed fixing. I like that it looks at the store and tells you where you may be missing revenue instead of just giving general tips

We run a everyday jewellery brand, so we move a lot of SKUs and rely on promos. REV flagged a useful abandoned car pattern and some discount stackings eating into margin. the one-click actions in Shopify are clean. Dropping a star because a few pricing suggestions felt tuned for higher-AOV stores and didn't quite fit our discounting category. Still, retention and cart insights alone make it worth trying.

We are a silver jewellery brand - small catalog, high AOV, so every revenue leak stings especially when you manage things across different SKU and design ID REV, their agent, spotted a customer cohort that bought once and never came back, and a pricing gap between two variants of the same design. What I like is it doesn't just throw charts at you , it tells you the dollar impact and lets you approve the fix in one click. Free audit alone was worth the install.

Installed on a hunch it surfaced three things within a few mins that I'd been meaning to fix for months. Being able to just tell the tool to go do it instead of DIY-ing it in Shopify has saved us a lot of time.

Extremely valuable for a small team like ours. We just don't have the hours to dig into our data the way Rev does. The fact that you can ask it to pull a customer segment or draft a retention message and it actually does it — that's the part that's been huge. Everything else we've tried is just dashboards. Plus the team's been super responsive.
