We wanted some automated tests in place before bigger sales days like Black Friday/Cyber Monday. If anything on the site breaks, we get an email or Slack message with the evidence. This gives the leadership team peace of mind going into busy periods.
Worth having if you run paid traffic. We’ve had situations where cart or checkout issues weren’t obvious until orders slowed down, by which point ad spend had already been wasted. This gives us an extra check in the background so we can spot problems immediately.
Really good support getting set up. Gary helped us understand which checkout flow was worth monitoring first, and the app was simple once it was in place. We were able to get meaningful monitoring running quickly without spending a lot of time figuring out what to test.
Useful after making changes to the store. We update products, offers, apps and landing pages fairly often, and this saves us manually checking the same flows every time a change is made or a new funnel is being developed. Having automated checkout tests running in the background gives us confidence that everything is working as expected.
Good safety net for our store. Easy setup, and the daily checkout check is useful. The screenshots and video make it clear what was tested. Early days, but it feels worth having before something breaks.
