DO NOT USE!!! I never got true support on installing this app it to our store. Having a cost for an an app that does not seem to work is outrageous. It never connected to our reverb store and there was absolutely no support to fix the issue. I feel as if I was charged for a computer written message to say "We're looking into your issue" and then nothing would ever happen. This is truly a terribly written app, and I am curious if it actually works for anyone.

This app has no customer service. The support for this app is not worth the price. It has constant bugs for payment, item management and has no real clear instructions for setting up. Our SKUs have lost their original SKU and the replaced with something the app felt would be better and pushed that Reverb. Had a ticket open that was ignored for two weeks and trying to contact their live support is irritating as they go AFK whenever they feel like. Edit: Support reached out to resolve the issue and did it with some gusto. The support special worked quickly after diagnosing the issue. Hopefully in the future they continue to practice urgency when resolving tickets.

It does not work properly. It is difficult to use and there are no instructions. Customer service and support is none existent - they just fob you off, closing your support ticket without making any attempt to help whatsoever. What an absolute waste of money this app was. Avoid this app and its developers like the plague - they do not deserve to be in business (I suspect they won't be for very long). It is shameful that Shopify allow this app to be sold on their marketplace.
