Easy to use, with great support from Liam. It helps our customers get a quick summary without having to read through all the reviews. Since Judge.me doesn’t offer this natively, it’s a great solution.

Very useful shopify app!! Our store has over 1700+ ratings. Summarising the reviews is something we always hope to do. This plugin get it working with ease. Our shop is using Chinese as primary language. The team (especially Liam) kindly helped us to onboard immediately. I highly recommend this app to every shop owners!

I am really delighted with this app, and the amazing customer service I received. Liam was lovely to work with, and SUPER helpful with providing assistance. I like that this app provides a summary of reviews, similar to the way Amazon does, which helps customers understand more quickly what is most important to know about a product. Customers can get bogged down and confused (and abandon shopping) when there are multiple reviews, and it really helps to have this summary. Great app!

We love this app! Through Hotjar, we know that customers often head straight to the product's reviews section. While we have a substantial number of reviews that have helped establish our credibility, we noticed that customers spent a significant amount of time reading lengthy reviews, sometimes getting lost in the process. Reviewcap AI effectively solves this problem by offering concise and truthful summaries of reviews. As a result, customers now spend less time reading individual reviews and make purchasing decisions more quickly. The summaries are highly accurate and Liam, our dedicated go-to person, has been incredibly accommodating, incorporating our suggestions and quickly building customization features based on our feedback. We look forward to the future development of this app, including the possibility of showcasing review summaries across various aspects such as sizing/fit. We'd love to see how our customers interact to review summaries based on size (e.g., S vs. M), as we've learned that customers often seek reviews related to their specific size preferences.
