This application features a clean, intuitive, and ready-to-use interface, a quality I appreciate in other apps from MerchantYard as well. The support team was exceptionally fast and helpful in importing reviews from another app and ensured that all app elements were correctly placed and styled in my shop. The app covers the most commonly used review functionalities, and I am confident that they will persist in enhancing it in the future.

Really impressed with the plain ease of use of this app and even more impressed with the customer services. I was looking for an app that allowed me to delay sending the review email until it suited my customer needs. Although this was not built into the app, a few delays later the developers added this and it is amazing. I am still new to this so not done a full road test yet, but really impressed with everything I have seen so far
